Conditions:
– Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m (4.5 ft) have also present ID to prove their age.
– The use of snorkel equipment requires a refundable deposit of $10 USD and is paid at the park.
– Date changes are not allowed on the day of your visit.
Transportation:
– Transporte de ida y vuelta desde el lobby de tu hotel en Cancún, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Juárez, Playa del Carmen y Riviera Maya.
– La hora exacta de recogida depende de la ubicación de tu hotel y te será informada en el correo de confirmación.
– Algunos hoteles no permiten la entrada al lobby. Si es tu caso, pregunta en tu hotel por el punto exacto donde se aborda el transporte de los tours y llega ahí a tiempo.
– En caso de que tu hotel no esté incluido para el transporte, se te indicará el punto de reunión más cercano (nombre del lugar, dirección completa y ubicación en el mapa).
– El transporte tiene únicamente 5 minutos de tolerancia, sin excepciones. El vehículo partirá pasados los 5 minutos. Si pierdes el transporte de ida, podrás llegar al parque por tu cuenta y el costo por esto no es reclamable ni reembolsable pues también corre por tu cuenta. Deberás entregar el cupón impreso en papel en la taquilla y mostrar tu identificación en original para que te den acceso. Ahí mismo te indicarán en dónde y a qué hora tomar el transporte de regreso incluido en tu compra. Si también pierdes el transporte de regreso, deberás volver a tu hotel por tu cuenta y el costo por esto tampoco es reclamable ni reembolsable. Recuerda, el parque Xcaret es inamoviblemente estricto en este punto. Por favor llega 10 minutos antes de tu hora de pick up tanto de ida como al regreso y evita contratiempos y gastos innecesarios.
What to bring?
– Please bring your proof of purchase printed and your original ID document.
– Wear comfortable beach clothes and a swimsuit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.
– Your sunscreens and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
– Bring cash or card to buy souvenirs, carry out an Optional Activity or acquire photos of your visit.
