Important note: We can all fit in the party, but each trajinera has a maximum capacity of 3000 kg (6,600 lb, approximately 20 people).
* Temporarily, fresh waters and skittes will not be available at the welcome kermesse, nor the mojigangas. Additionally, the maximum quota per trajinera may vary by disposition of the authorities due to the contingency.
* The price increases USD $15 per person in high season, in the months of January, March, April, July, August, November and December.
* It is essential to present identification at the park ticket offices.
– Book in advance and bring printed voucher.
– The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and concludes at 11:00 p.m. Registration starts at 7:00 p.m. We recommend you arrive early.
– Children over 4.5 ft. but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age (in both cases children must show an ID at park ticket booths).
– Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; those cancelled between 0 and 2 days prior to your booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are non-refundable. Any change of the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
– It is not possible to make a change of date the same day of your visit.
– The maximum weight per gondola is 6614 lb (20 guests approximately).
– Round trip transportation from the lobby of your hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Juárez, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya.
– The exact pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel and will be informed in the confirmation email.
– Some hotels do not allow entrance to the lobby. If this is your case, ask your hotel for the exact point where the transportation of the tours is boarded and arrive there on time.
– In case your hotel is not included for transportation, the nearest meeting point will be indicated (name of the place, full address and location on the map).
– The transportation has only 5 minutes of tolerance, without exceptions. The vehicle will depart after 5 minutes. If you miss the one-way transportation, you will be able to get to the park on your own and the cost for this is not reclaimable or refundable as it is also on your own. You must deliver the printed coupon at the box office and show your original ID to be granted access. Right there they will tell you where and at what time to take the return transportation included in your purchase. If you also miss the return transportation, you will have to return to your hotel on your own and the cost for this is also non-reclaimable and non-refundable. Remember, Xel-Ha Park is unrelentingly strict on this point. Please arrive 10 minutes before your pick up time both at your hotel lobby or meeting point, as wel ass at the park for the way back and avoid setbacks and unnecessary expenses.
– Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, preferably long pants.
– You must use biodegradable insect repellent.
– Bring cash or card to buy souvenirs or acquire photos of your visit.
– Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
– Cancellations from 2 to 0 days before the original date of arrival, or in case of non-arrival, will not be refundable.
– Any change in the visit date may be subject to changes in the rate.
– It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
